Statement
The declaration.
As of the effective date above, Confinity Ltd has not received, nor has it been subject to, any secret subpoena, gag order, national-security letter, or other classified legal request that would compel the company to provide customer data without disclosure to the affected customer.
We have not been forced to introduce any backdoor or surveillance vector into our software.
We have not been forced to insert any code or configuration that weakens encryption or secret handling.
If this page is removed, not refreshed within 90 days of the next-refresh-by date, or modified to remove or weaken these statements, that change should be interpreted as a signal.

Methodology
How this canary stays honest.
This canary is refreshed every quarter by the named signatory. Each statement is hashed and preserved in an append-only archive for independent verification.
Any missed or delayed quarterly refresh is interpreted as a canary failure by the reader.
We deliberately do not accept automated refreshes. A human must sign each quarter.
