Partner pilot

Help the families you serve keep what mattered.

For funeral directors, hospices and parishes. Create a beautiful memorial for the family you're caring for. It's theirs to keep, always.

The family is never billed, nobody sells to them after the service, and your credit stays on the page.

Three steps

How it works.

Step 1

Create

We set you up when the pilot starts, and the memorial composer asks for a name, the dates, a main photo, and a first story if you'd like. It takes about three minutes.

Step 2

Send

The family receives an ownership magic-link. One tap and the memorial is theirs. They can invite extended family, add voice notes, update the timeline.

Step 3

Remember

Your credit at the foot of the page stays for good, and we send you a summary of the memorials you've helped create. The family keeps everything forever, and nobody follows up with a pitch.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

  • What does the family get?

A private memorial page at confinity.com/remembrance/[slug] that is theirs to own. They can keep it just for family, share it by link, or publish it for anyone to see. They can invite others to add their own memories, and export everything at any time. The family is never billed for the memorial.

  • What do we get?

Lasting credit at the foot of the memorial ('Memorial supported by [your name]'), seen by everyone who visits, and a running record of the memorials you've helped create. If a family chooses a Family plan after 30 days, we send you a small thank-you credit.

  • What is expected of us?

Create the memorial draft, and send the family their ownership link within 24 hours of the service. After that, please don't approach the family about Confinity features. This is part of our agreement, and breaking it ends the partnership.

  • What does it cost?

Nothing for the first 12 months of the pilot. After that it's £99 a month per location, on the Starter plan.

  • Who owns the memorial?

The family, from the moment they accept the ownership link. You retain read-only view for as long as the partnership is active. You cannot edit, delete, or transfer a memorial after family acceptance.

  • What about privacy?

Every memorial has an audience tier (private, link, or public) that the family chooses, and the default is private. Public pages carry the full Trust Centre promise: we don't run ads, we don't track the people who visit, and we have never sold anyone's data.
