What does the family get?
A private memorial page at confinity.com/remembrance/[slug] that they own. They can keep it private to family, share by link, or publish publicly. They can invite contributors. They can export everything at any time. They are never billed for the memorial.
What do we get?
Permanent footer attribution on the memorial ('Memorial supported by [your name]'), visible to every visitor. A dashboard to manage memorials you've helped create. A referral path: if a family chooses to sign up for a Family plan after 30 days, you receive a small courtesy credit.
What is expected of us?
Create the memorial draft. Send the family their ownership link within 24 hours of the service. Do not contact the family about Confinity features after the service — that is a contractual prohibition; breach suspends the partnership.
What does it cost?
Nothing for the first 12 months of our pilot programme. After that, £99 / month per location in the Heritage Starter tier.
Who owns the memorial?
The family, from the moment they accept the ownership link. You retain read-only view for as long as the partnership is active. You cannot edit, delete, or transfer a memorial after family acceptance.
What about privacy?
Every memorial has an audience tier (private / link / public) that the family chooses. Default is private. Public pages carry the full Trust Centre posture: no ads, no tracking, no data brokerage.
