What a space is

Shared, but private by default.

A space is a private, long-horizon archive for a group of people. Members add entries, photographs, and voice notes. The group decides what, if anything, is ever made public.

Everyone contributes

Members add entries, photographs, and voice notes at their own pace. There is no feed and no algorithm deciding what surfaces — the archive is organised by the people in it, not by engagement.

Private by default

A space is invite-only. Nothing is visible to anyone you have not asked in, and nothing is public unless the owners deliberately choose to publish it.

Public only when chosen

Owners can publish a calm public face — like the one you may have arrived on — while everything inside stays private to members. Memorial content is never made public by us.

Invites are opt-in

People join a space because someone asked them, by email, one at a time. Nobody is added to your archive without a clear invitation.

No training on your content

We do not use anything inside a space to train models. Your memories are not a model input, and that posture is written down in the Trust Centre.

Your data, your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, port, and delete your data. You can request an export of a space at any time, in open formats.

If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) without going through us first.
